Bread for most Bulgarians has always been and still is obligatory for any table - a basic part of the dining culture and tradition. Our stores offer more than 60 kinds of fresh and packaged bred. The assortment varies from the traditioal white bread, rye, wheat, maize, hand made with rennet, potato, rye with rennet and those full grain with seeds, various vegetables, spelt and many other combinations. For those, who are in doubt of the bread content or are intollerant to any of its ingredients, we can offer types different from the conventional and also protein rich bread kinds, with low carbohydrate content, kinds without flour, gluten free, no yeast, with cereals, seeds and other. *the number of our offers depends of the size of the premises. We have bakeries in some supermarkets, where the bread is baked on the premises. Warm zemel or loaf, small bread with rennet, 100% full grain speltq ciabata with dried tomatoes and olives, small potato bread piece, a roll with tomato, bread roll with yellow cheese, rye & hash, wheat bread, home style fried bread, German bretzel, bagetta with pumpkin seeds and many other crunchies.
